Bookkeeping automation for Ledgr Financial Services, LLC

Ledgr is internal tooling. It is built and operated by Ledgr Financial Services, LLC, a Florida limited liability company doing business as LedgrFi, and it is used only by LedgrFi staff to do bookkeeping work for the firm's clients.

It is not sold, not offered as a service to anyone else, and not listed in the Intuit App Store. There is no sign-up and no public account system.

What it does

• Connects to client QuickBooks Online company files through the Intuit API, using the standard OAuth 2.0 authorization flow.
• Requests a single scope, com.intuit.quickbooks.accounting.
• Stores connection records and encrypted Intuit tokens so the firm's bookkeepers can categorize and review transactions.

Clients are not users

Client accounting data passes through Ledgr, but LedgrFi's bookkeeping clients do not log into it and hold no accounts in it. How that data is handled is described in the privacy policy below.

Connection management
